Get a Bright API Key

To get started with Bright CLI and run a repeater, you'll need an API key. You can create either a User Key, a Project Key or an Organization Key. The key need to have the bot scope.

Obtain a Repeater ID

If you haven't created a Repeater yet, follow this guide to create one.

Once you have a Repeater, copy its ID:

1. Open the Settings page and switch to the Repeaters tab.
   

2. Click on an existing Repeater and open the menu.

3. Select Copy repeater ID.
